Day 1: Arrival in Cairo - Welcome to land of Pharaohs

Welcome to the enchanting country of Egypt, where the Pharaohs reigned for centuries. Upon your arrival at Cairo International Airport, your tour manager will be there to help you with the entry visa process. You will then be taken through the busy streets of Cairo in a comfortable air-conditioned vehicle. Upon reaching the exquisite Le Riad Hotel de Charme Cairo, nestled in the heart of Old Islamic Cairo, your tour manager will assist you with check-in and go over your itinerary to ensure all pick-up times for activities are confirmed

Day 2: Visiting the Pyramids & Sakkara

After indulging in a tasty and nutritious Egyptian breakfast at Zeeyara, a charming restaurant in Cairo known for serving traditional Egyptian dishes with a gourmet twist, located on the rooftop of Hotel Le Riad de Charme, your private tour guide will escort you to the Giza Plateau to begin your exploration of the Great Pyramids of Giza, one of the Seven Wonders of the World. You can choose to wander around the plateau or ride a camel to see the iconic Sphinx and Valley Temple. Following your visit to the pyramids, you will enjoy lunch at an authentic Egyptian eatery before heading to the Sakkara district to explore the Sakkara Complex and the Djoser Pyramid, the oldest pyramid ever constructed.

Day 3: Cairo Sightseeing

Indulge in another tasty Egyptian breakfast at Zeeyara restaurant located on the rooftop of your hotel. Your first activity in Cairo will be exploring the Egyptian Museum, located in the center of historic Downtown Cairo with a view of Tahrir Square. After marveling at the incredible ancient Egyptian artifacts, you will enjoy a traditional lunch at a local restaurant popular among locals. Following lunch, you will be taken to Khan El Khalili, the oldest bazaar in Cairo, if time allows

Day 4: Embarkation in Luxor

Today, you will depart from Cairo and travel to the beautiful city of Luxor. Your tour manager will meet you at your hotel in the morning and take you to Cairo International Airport for your flight to Luxor. Once you arrive in Luxor, you will be greeted and taken in a comfortable air-conditioned vehicle to your first destination in Upper Egypt, which is a visit to the well-known Karnak Temple and the Valley of the Kings – a famous collection of elaborate tombs belonging to Pharaonic royalty.

After your visit, you will travel to the West Bank to board the Nuun and Nuut Dahabiyas, which are two of Ashranda's most luxurious sailing boats that provide a high level of privacy, before noon. You will begin your journey along the Nile, sailing gently towards Esna while enjoying a freshly prepared lunch on board. As you continue sailing, you will have dinner surrounded by the peaceful waters of the Nile River

Day 5: Esna - El Kab – Edfu

Start your day by passing through the Esna Lock in the morning, accompanied by a delicious breakfast on your Dahabiya as you take in the stunning scenery. Your initial destination will be El Kab village, where you will have the opportunity to explore El Kab Temple. Uncover the enchanting charm of the ancient temples, walls, and tombs dating back to the New Kingdom era. After your visit to the temple, stroll through the village and admire its quaint mud-brick houses.
Embark on another sailing journey, this time heading towards Edfu. Indulge in a delicious lunch on board as you sail. Upon reaching Edfu, explore the well-preserved Edfu Temple dedicated to the falcon god Horus. Take a horse-drawn carriage ride to the temple and witness the simple rural life of the local farmers and fishermen. Return to the boat and continue sailing, admiring the lush landscapes and palm trees along the way. Enjoy a peaceful dinner near Sheikh Rehan Island as the sun sets.

Day 6: Gabal El Silsela

Upon arriving at the ancient quarries of Silsela, explore the majestic Temple of Hormoheb carved into the rocks, then hike up Silsela Mountain for a stunning view. Return to your dahabiya for a peaceful journey to Fawaza Island during lunchtime. Relax with some tea on the sun deck and admire the breathtaking sunset before a delicious dinner on board. End the day with a BBQ dinner on Al Bashir Island, near Kom Ombo

Day 7: Sailing to Kom Ombo

Experience a delicious breakfast while cruising to Kom Ombo. Wander through the town and mingle with the locals before reaching the unique Kom Ombo temple, featuring twin entrances, hypostyle halls, and sanctuaries dedicated to Haroeris (Horus the Elder) and Sobek (Crocodile God). This one-of-a-kind temple is the only double temple in Egypt. After exploring, return to the dahabiya for a scenic sail to Aswan, where you can savor a tasty lunch and dinner on board.

Day 8: Final Departure
