Explore the Roman colonnaded street, the Nymphaeum, and the Temple of Hercules. Then, proceed to Ajloun, where you'll see its fortress—a remarkable 12th-century Islamic castle constructed by the renowned leader Salah al-Din—offering stunning views of the Jordan Valley.
A representative from Egypt in Style will meet you in the hotel lounge to kick off your day tours in Jordan. Your journey begins in the Christian town of Madaba, where you can see the renowned 6th-century mosaic map of Palestine located in St. George's Church. Next, you will head to Mt. Nebo, the site where Prophet Moses is said to have looked out over the promised land before his death and is believed to be his burial place.
There, you can visit an ancient monastery and enjoy stunning views of the Jordan Valley, Dead Sea, and parts of the Holy Land. Afterward, you'll proceed to the Dead Sea, the lowest point on Earth and the saltiest body of water in the world.
